What Is a VA Loan?
VA loans are government-backed mortgages available to eligible veterans, active-duty service members, and qualifying surviving spouses. Backed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, these loans offer the most favorable terms of any mortgage program — including zero down payment and no mortgage insurance.
Southwest Florida is home to a large military and veteran community, and VA loans are one of the most powerful homebuying tools available. With no loan limit for borrowers with full entitlement, veterans can purchase homes at any price point with $0 down.
